When it comes to Weight Loss Surgery, we often look at a before and after and we want those "instant" results. What we don't take into account is everything that transpired in between those pictures. The realities of obesity in itself, the stigma of the surgery, the surgery journey itself.Every guest has a story of struggle and triumph. They want to tell their stories in the hopes that it will not only inspire others' starting out, but will also unzip to reveal the realities of what the surgery entails. We talk about everything from the mental struggles and NSV's to retraining years (and even decades) of pain, self image and newfound lease on life.
