Black History Month is here and for those of us who didn't how, why, or when it started we have ALL the tea for you! Thank you to Carter G. Woodson and Jesse E. Moorland for establishing the ASALH (Association for the Study of African American Life and History) which in turn started National Negro History Week. The rest, as they say, is History! We also drop some little known factoids and breakdown some of the topics in the movie "Crack" on Netflix.

In our first episode leading into Black History Month, we're diving into some things in History, specifically the history of slavery, that wyt America refuses to tell you. Did you know that the third verse of the National Anthem celebrated the murder and enslavement of African American's? We're asking all the questions that society doesn't want to answer. The Inauguration of the 46th President of the United States was Wednesday Jan 20, 2021 and what a historical day it was!! In episode 8 we get into all of the amazing strides made by Black women and Dems alike. Sit back and listen to us kiki and chat about the festivities!
