Welcome to podcasts "us and who" by Jasmine and Vaishnavi. This podcast is an attempt to normalize conversations around mental health and learning acceptance as one goes through rough patches in life. Before beginning, we would advise people to listen on their own discretion as some content may be triggering to some of the listeners. As speakers we believe that "Especially now, because our collective mental health is under such stress... it should be something that really connects us, this need to take care of our brains. It makes us human."
