I always start with a base frequency on the left channel of 7.83 Hz as an homage to the earth’s natural harmonic resonance, aka the Schumann Frequency. The HZ frequency noted in the thumbnail is the actual Binaural Beat, so just add that number to 7.83 and that is the frequency coming from the right channel in your headphones.
