The 3,800 workers at the JBS Swift meatpacking plant in Greeley, Colorado are on strike for better wages, health care, and working conditions. They are members of the United Food & Commercial (UFCW) Workers Local 7. Ric attended the picket line today and is reporting back. He also shares his observations and experiences from being a union rep for the UFCW at that very plant 16 years ago.  Bryan also shares info on upcoming events in Wisconsin where Ric will lead a research presentation on ICE and data centers.
