Robbo was arguably our most successful ever reserve team manager, not only because of his Suburban League Cup win, but with the number of young players who progressed on up into the 1st team. We discuss life as a reserve team manager, that League Cup winning squad, and just why he switched around the complete team, including playing goalkeeper Paul Frame up front, in a league game against Basingstoke Town!
