This is the final episode of my podcast. I have genuinely and whole heartedly enjoyed sharing/discussing my thoughts about The Princess Bride book with you all, and I hope to do my projects like this in the future. Thank you! In todays episode we discussed: 1. What is the most important theme in the book? Why? How is this theme shown in the book? 2. Describe the relationship between Prince Humperdinck and Buttercup. How has it changed throughout the course of the story? What do they each want from each other? How does their relationship move the plot forward? 3. Why did the author choose to end the story the way they did? Why include the commentary and the "extra story" beyond the "happily ever after." What lesson is Goldman trying to teach his reader? Is it effective? How else is this lesson seen elsewhere in the book?
