Are you preparing to set some big goals for 2024? Well, aren't we all?! In all seriousness most new year's resolutions don't make it to February. One big reason why is because we fail to see the small, daily habits that are required to get us to real change. Few things in life happen instantly or "cold turkey". What is more true is the saying "consistency compounds." What small daily rhythms are you putting into place that will help you not only get to where you want to go, but allow you to truly enjoy the journey. Isn't that really the goal?
