Accepting Your Reality Before Changing It
Listen to a conversation about the role of acceptance in feeling better. Bad shit happens all the time. It may not be your fault, but it will likely be your job to clean up and deal with your own predicament. Brent and Matt talk about the importance of learning the roles of the professionals around you, the roots of empathy, owning your issues and giving off the illusion that you are holding it all together.
