'Practice what you preach' - you heard that before? I very much believe in only teaching what I know is working for me or the people I work with. I'm not gonna share techniques with you I've never tried or am not using myself. BUT what happens from time to time is that I (willingly) forget my own advice: * I work too much * I don't take enough breaks * I don't set intentions and watch my to-do This happened in December. I got so hooked on my work that I ignored most of my own advice - working too much, skipping breaks, letting my to-do list run wild. And you know what? I came out the other side drained and sick.
