In today's Episode, I celebrate coming back after a 7 month hiatus from recording this podcast. SAY WHAT? I share about how cringe worthy that would feel to a lot of people...and why it doesn't for me. That idea, of returning to the projects that you put down for awhile....maybe even a LONG WHILE, is what I'm offering hard truths, vulnerable lessons, insights and inspirations around. Maybe you have something in your life like that? In your personal life, or your business, career, or home? So, let's riff on it for a bit, shall we? Because, time is moving with or without us, Boo. Maybe coming across this episode is the sign you needed to begin again...! In this episode I speak about what creates blocks and pauses in our process, facing shame and judgement, practicing self forgiveness, connecting to our dreams again, and the reason for why they matter, and, giving yourself permission to keep going, because, it's ok, and YOU CAN. As I promised in the first Episode of this podcast, one year ago today...this is a living, evolving project, that I am taking on this magic carpet ride of life with me, and revealing all the things that most creators keep behind the scenes. YOU, BOO. Ep 13! Saying YES to the thing that speaks to your soul.

This throwback Episode that I recorded back on October 11th, 2024 is so special to me, because as imperfect as it is... it's a fleeting moment captured in time, from the remote island Paradise of Savu Savu, Fiji. AND I thought this episode did NOT upload after hastily recording a very candid post beach hang episode, RIGHT before we had to be picked up to go to the airport. I am so relieved to have found it in the cloud, because is captured a very special energy that I can relive again, and also share with all of you. Welcome to YOU, BOO. On our final day in Savu Savu, after an incredible women's retreat hosted by Anam Cara Healing Center, I set up a pop up podcast studio in this incredibly gorgeous room of an Eco Lux property at the edge of the Earth, floating in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Coral Beach Cabana [https://www.coralbeachcabana.com/] is a private rental that was home of the most impressive lightning show I have ever seen in my life. Not to mention the infinite stretch of sandy beach, palms, and ocean. The hosts were incredible, and provided such a thoughtful service for us. This is PARADISE. In this episode, I share from my heart, candidly, some truths on sisterhood, and what it takes to follow a BIG soul-led YES, even if it feels scary, and far away. YOU, BOO. Ep 11! An Appie-sode for Inspiration

Welcome to YOU, BOO. A Podcast on what it means to KNOW, LOVE, and LEAD yourself. Live from a gorgeous hotel room in Las Vegas, I bring you, episode 11 of YOU,BOO. Podcast, pop-up style, and in true imperfectly passionate fashion....10 minutes before check-out time! I HAD to record one more time from that space! It had me feeling so lit up. So, with the clock ticking and excitement in my belly, I sat down and decided to share a simple, and impactful practice that I do daily to ground myself in gratitude, and open up to possibility and manifesting a fulfilling life. I invite you to receive this high frequency energy, and to practice your own version of it, either out loud or, written down. It's so easy to feel like 4 minutes won't make a difference. I have found that 4 minutes of being intentional, can change your whole day, and even your life. It just now, changed my podcast track list. And now this moment that felt so fleeting, will forever live on, by way of being captured, and shared, in a moment of spontaneous inspiration. What could you dedicate four minutes to, that would allow you to create a ripple out into your life, that feels like an invitation for more of what is good? If you have been following my weekly episodes since I launched this podcast, then you may have noticed that I haven't posted in almost three months...! And I've since contemplated all the ways to rise up out of a pod FADE moment, that would make sense, and feel good.... And the best thing I came up with? Just keep going. We have SO MUCH to catch up on, BOO! I have gained many experiences, insights and lessons since this episode, and I want to share with you. And so, I'm just back here now, three months later. No explanation, no excuses, no big story. We actually just get to pick up where we left off....With this 4 minute episode that I recorded back on September, 24, 2024. Do you have any projects like that? That maybe you dove into with total dedication, and then all of a sudden stopped? And you had reasons for stopping, or waiting, or procrastinating, and then avoiding....But then so much time goes by, that, then, it almost seems to random or embarrassing to start again? And you feel like you have to come up with some big apology or explanation, or reason, or re-launch plan, in order for you to have permission to reignite the fire under the project? Or even to begin to awkwardly dip your toe back in again? So, let me lead one version of how we can do this, by example, with this little appie-sode that is three months old! Because, I realized, that for me, it feels best to just simply, keep going, exactly where I left off. And you get to do that too. Don't let time passed, be the reason that more time has to pass. Today, there was a wind storm in my city, and it led to a client asking to reschedule last minute. Suddenly I had an extra two hours that I wasn't expecting to have. I felt the inner nudge to log back into Riverside, and all of a sudden....I was back in the flow of editing. I got to figure out some new upgrades they made, and within an hour, I had finished something I had put off for 3 months. Have you ever experienced something like that? I came home late after a long amazing work day, and felt giddy and excited to post this episode. It's not that it's my best work, or that it's this big "come back" moment. It's simply me deciding to pick up exactly where I left off. It can really just be that simple. So, boo, thank you for your patience with me. And I'm so happy that we are back! YOU, BOO. Ep 10! At least you're not boring!

YOU, BOO podcast is on an adventure this week to Las Vegas, and so I'm bringing you with me. This episode was recorded from the ultra-inspiring Sahara hotel, in my pop-up podcast studio inside on of the artsy gorgeous Marra King room I got to stay in, so I that is why this episode has a brand new vibe. The topic of this Episode is inspired by a chaotic situation that I inflicted on myself, leading up to this trip, followed by a cute moment I shared with my brother on our second day of the trip, and the thing that tied these too seemingly unrelated moments together? The phrase "at least you're not boring" and "at least I'm not boring!" And I realized how often I actually say this, and how deeply I value this sentiment, when it comes to loving myself and other people. I felt compelled to offer this lighthearted perspective, that will change your life, your self love, and your relationships for the better, if you let it. So love, no matter what kind of hot mess you might be sometimes, or if you love someone who is? This episode invites a fun take on why life is genuinely better with colorful people around, even if we create inconvenient tornados of emotional overwhelm, creative insight, or passionate unrealistic desires, and how the world quite honestly, needs all kinds of people. Otherwise, we would be doomed to be bored and boring AF. So, pack up your perceived imperfections and limitations, and hop on the magic carpet ride, because, Boo, at least we are not boring! Inside this episode, I share a sneak peak messy first draft of a mini chapter of the book I am writing, that offers a vulnerable glimpse into the truth of the how I get in my own way sometimes, how my husband handles it, and how I'm still really qualified for the work I do in the world. And so are you. Even if you make embarrassing mistakes at times, or drive people crazy with your inconvenient passion, chaos, or maximalism in life.
