DrPND started out in the Health & Wellness field, with exercise and nutrition. He ran his own personal training facility, with his wife Ashley Poptodorova in Tampa, FL before selling the facility to purse his Doctor of Naturopathy Degree. DrPND understands the extreme power and importance of lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, and proper supplementation. After honing in on what worked best for his many clients over the years, it was narrowed down to nutrition, overall lifestyle habits and wellness. He specializes in GI health and gut health, and helps his patients to reclaim their health through functional testing, deep holistic nutritional protocols and lifestyle management. His practice is now worldwide, and based out of Atlanta, GA.
