Descripción

A man in his 60s has died after allegedly being set on fire by his 36-year-old son during a violent confrontation at a Glenmore Park property in Sydney's west. Police say the suspect broke into his father's home late at night. Hamish Tate was arrested by the AFP last year, charged with more than 300 offences allegedly committed between 2009 and last year. Federal police are taking steps to release these images as they work to identify more potential victims as this child abuse investigation continues. 35-year-old Jack Chung was shot dead yesterday in a gang-related murder in Sydney, Carlingford. A drone was used to film the murder and was posted on social media overnight. See omnystudio.com/listener [https://omnystudio.com/listener] for privacy information.

Empty public housing amid crisis; Flying car crash; Man trapped on train tracks

Fourteen completed public housing townhouses in Cannington have been sitting vacant for approximately a year, falling into disrepair with overgrown weeds and reports of squatters. This $6.6 million development remains empty while over 20,000 people wait for housing, despite the government spending $4.7 billion on public housing this financial year. An out-of-control car flew through the air and crashed into a High Wycombe home, leaving an elderly resident shaken but unhurt despite devastating damage to her property. The shocking crash was caught on camera. The 22-year-old driver has since been arrested and charged after allegedly trying to flee the scene. A rescue unfolded in North Fremantle after a car launched through a fence and flipped upside down near train tracks, trapping a 65-year-old driver. Local workers rushed to smash the vehicle's window and free the man before the chaotic crash forced an emergency rail shutdown ahead of peak hour.
