Podcast de At 17

In each episode, we take our featured guest back to their mid-to-late teens, to that often fragile but character-building time of life. What kind of person were they? Who or what did they dream of becoming? Did they have heroes, mentors or like most of us, just bumbled through childhood to become an adult? And what would they say to that 17-year-old now? Always funny, often poignant—we love to hear these stories of hopes and aspirations, unexpected twist and turns and occasional bumps in the road. "I learned the truth at seventeen…" wrote Janis Ian in her indelible song. Lets's find out together! Leslie and Gary

It's been a while! Welcome back to At17. After a long absence, we decided to reintroduce the show to you with 2 episodes where we interview each other. First up, our very own Leslie Goshko tells of how her turbulent life as a teenager in Chicago gave way to a less-than-ordinary time at college before meeting her husband Kyle and embarking on a life together in New York, sparked by an appearance on Broadway in the musical Hairspray. You'll hear about her long-running and much-loved storytelling night Sideshow Goshko, appearances with The Loser's Lounge and her Saturday residency at Manhattan's premiere piano karaoke bar, Sid Gold's Request Room.
