Descripción

I recap some of the key hand history highlights over 3 different sessions. We've got a few standard stories as always of people behaving so ineptly it makes your heart hurt, but this episode is mostly wild hand history analysis. Every once in a while you find yourself in a long overnight session that takes a piece of your being from you. Your very existence feels compromised afterward. Like you've been violated. And the sickest part of all is...it doesn't even matter if you won or not.

I really, really pissed off this female poker dealer...but I made nice with a player I was rude to..

I've dealt a little bit of poker. When I got tired of playing for about 3 and a half years, in that time I dealt the WSOP in 2018 and 2019, and dealt a winter series at the Bellagio in between. Dealing poker pays pretty good and is relatively fun, but is about as thankless as a job can get. And you HAVE to be okay with that. I like two things. Well, it's more than two. But I'll just name two of them. One is dealers who tend to keep quiet and just focus on the job. The second is I like being a smartass. But if the dealer is competent and can do their job without slowing things down and distracting themselves so they can solicit for tips by selling their winning personality to players, I'm not gonna faint should they interact with the players a little bit. Well, recently we had a dealer who wanted some conversation circulating at the table, and I surely obliged her in my way, which, turned out to not agree so terribly well with her. But I did at least square things away with a player I had unfairly insulted just a few days earlier. And we hit on some recent hand history highlights as well.
