There are thousands of tests and studies based on personality types.  Part of our health includes our mental health. When our mental health breaks down so does out bodies ability to stay healthy.  In this study there are basically  9 personality types listed and Denee helps break those down and does a great job sharing examples of each so that I walked away from the conversation with a new understanding of both Enneagrams and my own number.  Listen to learn our number and listen to learn how to love your number as well.

What is holding you back?  Shelley Negelow with the Power of Woman Seminars, and I had a great discussion about what is holding us back from creating the life we want.  She shares her painful past and discusses how she has taken the pain of her own past and healed her life and is now helping women do the same.  This is a great listen about detoxing your thinking and healing your life to create what you want for 2020.

This was a new type  of podcast interview for me.  I interviewed Sara Bremer from The Wishing Well in downtown Lawrenceville, GA. I had a very enlightening  discussion about Reiki.  I truly believe in the power of positive thinking I also believe that we are all energy and the body has the ability to heal itself.    Sara is certified  Reiki Practitioner which all about energy healing.    I was anxious to explore this topic with her as reiki is a rather new concept to me yet is gaining popularity in the alternative world.  We discussed how we are all energy and how positive thinking effects wellness as well as negative emotions also effect our health. Sara has a really interesting story about how she caught a cold during a Reiki session.  You know there are so many things out there we don't understand. This is a great episode if you are a seeker of new possibilities.

This episode came about from my response to a spammy post on Facebook.  I clicked like a lot of other people only to find that it was difficult to find an article due to all the ads.  So many people responded with their disappointment that I responded with a simple response. "It's a gut issue"  So many people responded to that desperately seeking answers that I  felt like this podcast was really important to make now especially as the weather is getting colder and flare ups are so prevalent at this time of year.  I had no idea how many people are not only dealing with skin issues like eczema and psoriasis, but that they have no handle on the skin disorder at all.  So here is my tips and natural remedies to help those suffering get some sort of control over the disorder.  I hope these help you as much as they helped me.
