As a result of that interest we researched the number of transactions in 2017 in a narrow value range of $2.5 million and $5 million and discovered there were 237 transactions in the Denver MSA with a total sales volume of $818,000,000. For these smaller investors obtaining financing is a critical component to buying real estate.
