I know firsthand how troublesome heartburn and acid reflux can be. Antacids such as TUMS can provide temporary relief but are not long-term solutions. In this video, I'll show you how to stop heartburn naturally with the best acid reflux remedies. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: Apple cider vinegar vs. TUMS 1:53 What is heartburn? 4:27 Beetroot juice powder ad 4:54 Symptoms of low stomach acid 10:03 Apple cider vinegar for heartburn and acid reflux 10:49 How to stop acid reflux and heartburn 14:39 Root cause of low stomach acid 16:11 Gastritis and ulcers GERD, acid reflux, and heartburn aren’t caused by too much acid. These related conditions are actually caused by a lack of acid, or stomach acid that's not very acidic. You can not fix these problems by further depleting your stomach acid! Antacids only address the symptoms and not the root cause. Symptoms of low stomach acid include: •GERD •Heartburn •SIBO •Increased susceptibility to gastric cancer •Anemia •Abdominal pressure •Reflux •Less tone in the stomach valve Problems with the autonomic nervous system can also affect the valve at the top of the stomach, leading to heartburn. In this case, vitamin B1 can be a helpful solution. Low stomach acid can also cause problems with H. pylori. Diluted apple cider vinegar helps address acid reflux symptoms for many people. Dilute 1 to 2 tablespoons in 8 to 12 ounces of water and drink with a straw. Betaine hydrochloride is one of the best home remedies for acid reflux. Research has shown that it can restore normal gastric acidity levels within 30 minutes! Take 2 to 7 before a meal. Vitamin D and magnesium are also vital for adequate stomach acid levels. The following factors are often at the root of low stomach acid, contributing to GERD, heartburn, and acid reflux: •Junk food •Frequent eating •Low salt •Low zinc, iodine, B1, and magnesium •Low protein intake •Type 2 diabetes If ACV or betaine hydrochloride makes your problem worse, you may have gastritis or an ulcer. Zinc carnosine is one of the best remedies! Huge Pharma Pays Huge $$$ to Social Media Influencers (You'll Never Guess Who)

Your favorite social media influencers might be under the influence. Discover the truth about Big Pharma and the social media influencer marketing corruption tactics they use to spread health misinformation online. Don’t let Big Pharma influencers affect your health choices! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: Big Pharma exposed 0:55 How Big Pharma buys influencers 1:24 Big Pharma corruption and lack of trust 2:24 How Big Pharma controls the media 7:11 How to identify health misinformation online 11:36 Myth-busting online Did you know that Big Pharma and Big Food buy social media influencers? These social media health gurus influence what you eat, the decisions you make about your health, and attempt to invalidate other health influencers and information. As Big Pharma loses public trust, it turns to social media influencers to try to regain it. Since 2000, penalties for Big Pharma have totaled over $126 billion. Sixty billion of that was related to patient injury and harm. Modern medicine, with the help of Big Pharma, has shifted its focus from health to profit. Approximately 90% of the media on TV is funded by Big Pharma. This is also true for digital marketing. On average, social media influencers are paid $20 to $25 per 1,000 views. If that influencer has more trust, they can make 8 to 12 times this amount. Based on my trustworthiness and credibility, I could be paid between $250,000 and $500,000 for a 60- to 90-second post. Big Pharma goes through PR firms to connect with social media influencers. These influencers are required to disclose that they’re being paid, but many of them do not. People like Dr. Mike recommend medicine and vaccines yet claim Big Pharma is not paying them. Dietitians for larger agencies, such as the American Beverage Association and the Canadian Sugar Institute, have gotten into trouble with the FTC for being paid to share dietary advice without disclosing their financial ties. It’s often difficult to determine whether Big Pharma is influencing health information online, but examining the intention can sometimes help. Are they recommending fewer ultra-processed foods and chemical drugs, or more? Check out their funding. Is it coming from Big Food or Big Pharma? This is a big sign that they’re being influenced. Today, I want to talk about why you should take your time and consider all viewpoints before deciding to get a hysterectomy. Hysterectomies are the second most common surgery performed on females. But, in my opinion, the majority of hysterectomies are unnecessary. Potential side effects of a hysterectomy: 1. Negative changes to your figure 2. Low back pain 3. A leaky bladder 4. Loss of libido 5. Fluctuating emotions 6. Fatigue 7. Increased risk of fractures 8. Increased risk of all-cause mortality, including coronary heart disease 9. Increased weight gain A few main reasons people choose to get a hysterectomy are because they have fibroids, endometriosis, cancer, or heavy cycles. However, there are natural things you can try for some of these issues. Alternative things you can try: 1. Black cohosh 2. Avoid soy 3. Avoid dairy 4. Lower your carb intake 5. Avoid endocrine disruptors 6. Consume more cruciferous vegetables 7. Take vitamin D If you’ve already had a hysterectomy, you may want to try the above tips and take a product called Utrophin PMG by Standard Process. If you’ve had your ovaries removed, you may also want to take Ovatrophin PMG by Standard Process. Book Recommended: https://www.amazon.com/Diabetes-Epidemic-You-Joseph-Kraft/dp/1425168094 0:00 Introduction: What is the most ignored disease in the world? 0:13 Problems associated with high insulin 2:03 The most ignored disease in the world 4:18 Insulin resistance 6:55 The best test for hyperinsulinemia 7:05 The best diet for hyperinsulinemia 7:55 Learn how to do keto and fasting! There is a certain disease that is so ignored yet incredibly common—understanding it will help explain a lot about your health. This disease is hyperinsulinemia, a condition where you have too much insulin in your blood. Issues associated with hyperinsulinemia: • Frequent urination at night • Fatigue • Carb cravings • Inability to go long periods without eating • Belly fat • Slow metabolism • Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease • Brain fog • Lack of concentration • Mood disorders • Dementia • Increased risk of cancer, heart attacks, clots, and strokes • Nerve problems • Lowered immune system • High LDL cholesterol (small dense particle size) • High triglycerides • High blood pressure • PCOS • Diabetes type 2 • Gallstones Doctors don't often test for hyperinsulinemia—just high blood sugar. But you can have high insulin levels for years and not have high blood sugar levels. High-carb diets, sugar, and frequent eating all contribute to high insulin. So, how do some people consume a lot of carbs and sugar and still have normal blood glucose levels? Well, insulin is working hard to quickly remove the sugar from the blood to give you normal blood sugar levels. But, insulin is just as toxic as sugar in high amounts and can lead to insulin resistance, diabetes, and other health conditions. Ask your doctor about a fasting insulin test to better understand your insulin levels. While you wait on the test, you can start promoting healthy insulin and blood sugar levels by getting on the Healthy Keto diet and doing intermittent fasting. DON'T DO THIS IF YOU'RE OVER 50!!!

Let’s start with iron supplements. Our bodies do not have a good way of eliminating excess iron, which can damage the liver. Too much iron can increase your risk of infection and also deplete zinc. Donating blood can help eliminate excess iron. If you have anemia, the best sources of iron are red meat, liver, grass-fed liver pills, or spleen extract. Many people consume too much calcium, which can build up in the arteries and kidneys. Synthetic vitamin A can cause damage to the liver, osteoporosis, and increased intracranial pressure. Best vitamins to take as you age: 1. Vitamin C 2. Vitamin B3 3. Magnesium 4. Vitamin D 5. Vitamin K1 6. Vitamin K2 While most synthetic vitamins should be avoided, synthetic vitamin C can be beneficial under certain circumstances.
