I changed my program at the end of my second month of consistent training. I'm no longer a morning workout bro. I am now an afternoon/evening workout and weekend morning workout bro. I was listening to the Alex Jones Show today and heard Alex say Arnold was a gay escort. He said it as a way of explaining why Arnold seems to spew pure stupidity every time he opens his mouth about COVID-19, or January 6th, or about the Ukraine. Alex said it's because Arnold is compromised and basically blackmailed by certain entities. I don't think this is that far-fetched.
