Radium & Psiko 'Not My Tempo' This man needs no Introduction but for the view who dont know him in the Frenchcore scene : Radium: a multifaceted artist. Dj and founder member, in partnership with Al Core, of the mythic MICROPOINT duo since 1992, he ought to be considered as a major contributor to the creation of the Electronic scene in France. During the last decade of the 20th century, Micropoint has set the standards of french Hardcore Techno: “Frenchcore”. Since then, they have been releasing numerous EPs which were met with tremendous success within the scene. In 1995, while still working with Al Core for Micropoint, Radium began to produce numerous solo albums under the stage name which is now so famous within the Hardcore scene. He contributed in 1996 to the creation of the labels Dead End and Psychik Genocide in order to produce and promote the music he loved : Hardcore.(to him, the style of music that most permits experimentation). 1998 marks the release of Micropoint’s first LP: "Neurophonie", a never-before-seen in France. The popularity of this revolutionary style began to catch on quick and Micropoint shooted to fame bringing Frenchcore into a wider circuit. The same year, the duo was invited to appear to a public of over 100,000 people for a live session at the first Techno Parade in France. Micropoint’s 2nd LP, "Anesthesie International" (2000), meant the beginning of an important evolution in the electro scene : Hardcore Techno was beginning to mix with other similiar musical styles. The album was well received and brought the duo wide recognition on the international Electronic music scene. This same year, Radium released his first solo Mix CD entitled “Inhuman”: a mix which is both clever and varied. This release put Radium on the map as one of the leading DJs in Frenchcore. At that time, he became co-manager of the label Audiogenic, which quickly rose to both national and international success thanks to the quality of their productions. In 2001, Radium released his first solo LP, "Paranoia Performance", which was met with great acclaim for both the quality of the production and the originality of his work. For that matter, many tracks of this album have been remixed by notables artists such as Tieum, The Speed Freak, Marc Acardipane, and Hellfish. The overall success of his records led him to perform live shows both with Micropoint and as a solo Dj under the name of Radium. His shows, in which he often added a live drummer or MC, were packed all over France. He returned in 2003 with a 2nd album called "inExtremist" which lived up to its name and pushed back our definition of Frenchcore to the extremes. He continued over and over again with his solo live performances which ravished those who were nostalgic for his lives together with Micropoint. The release of the Mix CD "Darkcore 7"(2004) - in which he used noise and industrial sounds to create totally dancefllor tracks - under the Dutch label Master of Hardcore, demonstrated once more the capacities of this artist.

Frenchcore S'il Vous Plait Podcast 08: Beatshock

My name is Remco Middelkoop (Beatshock) I was born in 1993, I come from Alblasserdam, The Netherlands. From a very young age I have a big love for Hardcore music, it grew bigger and bigger. Back in 2012 was the first time for me behind the decks. I bought a Pioneer DJ set, and from that moment on I was playing tracks day in day off, most of the times Hardcore, but my love for Frenchcore did grow fast. I wanted more than just play tracks, in 2013 I started to produce music. It took some time to learn the basics of the program, but with alot of effort I finished my first Frenchcore track later in 2013 called Party On. I started to learn more and more and I have alot of fun with it. in 2013 I decided to join a DJ competition, I was one of the winners and I was able to sign a contract at Smash Bookings. Unfortunate the bookings agency did not last for long. Still, I had some nice bookings, and I did play several times at the legendary Club Rodenburg in Beesd. 2013 was also the year I did play at my first festival, I was asked to play at the big camp site Field 13 Bass Addicts at Nature One. It was incredible, and from that moment i've met alot of amazing people who also have a big love for music. After that I focussed alot more on producing and my mixing skills behind the decks. Later on, I did play on party's like Overstuurd, Omelette Du Frenchcore, Bass Addicts, VEDJ Dance Parade and more smaller party's. And I hope to get the chance to show what I can do on bigger stages later! In 2016 I had my first release with Digital Violence called "Never Surrender" on Frenchcore S'il Vous Plaît Records FSVP008. One of my best moments so far was January 2019, where Partyraiser did play my track "My Immortal" om the massive stage at Operation Core at Breepark Breda. It gave me a massive boost, and alot of motivation to learn more about music production. I will continue to improve my music in the future, with the main focus on producing Hardcore and Frenchcore. Want to keep updated about my music? Check out my social media pages! Thanks for reading, and see you later! ~Beatshock Tracklist: 1. Beatshock - Intro 2. Bit Reactors & Radium - Big Fat Bass 3. Frenchcore S'il Vous Plait Podcast 07: Psiko

Franck aka Psiko started to play in free parties in 1997. One year later he founded his sound system, RADIATION. He starts producing his own tracks at the beginning of the 2000’s, and releases his first tracks in 2006. Things are speeding up for him from 2008, when the label Audiogenic reveals his work to a broader audience. Psiko’s sound is pure Frenchcore, blended with his personal touch such as movies and video games samples. An accomplished DJ, proudly defending Frenchcore since 2002, and always looking for new challenges, Psiko can play long sets or versus sets that he considers as musical fighting, as could Radium, Maissouille, The Sickest Squad, The SpeedFreak, Randy, or Adrenokrome testify ! Psiko released so far over 30 LPs , 3 albums (the later “Psiko Path” released in May 2018 on UndergroundTekno) and has been playlisted by some of the most renowned DJs of the Frenchcore scene (Radium, Maissouille, Randy, The Sickest Squad, Akira etc). He also played major international events such as Ground Zero (NL), Pandemonium (NL), Frenchcore s’il vous plait (NL), Boomtown Festival (UK), X-Massacre (CZ), Beats for Love (CZ). Frenchcore S'il Vous Plait Podcast 06: The Sequel

The Sequel got involved into listening and mixing the harder styles since he was 10 years old. In 2012 he started practicing more serious after meeting Lady Bex & Freeze and soon he was getting his first bookings. Later that year he started producing and met Marco, who he started Digital Violence with from that moment on. For 6 years they worked on making a unique sound and played at events likes Hardshock Festival, Vive La Frenchcore, Frenchcore S'il Vous Plait and many more. Now the decision has been made by Dennis to go his own path, follow his own dreams and give you 100% his style.
