Status of MLC Highlights at BT90/Beyond the Boundary

We’ve delivered highlights and press conference video with permission from Major League Cricket on BT90 & From the Pavilion, but Star Sports, a Disney owned-company (formerly owned by Rupert Murdoch) that owns the copyrights in India has complained to YouTube. It is not a copyright strike so I am not terribly concerned about it long-term but it does limit our ability to get full effect from these videos because they are challenging it in territories outside of India as well. As a result, we will just do podcasts and written content for now about the league without any match highlights or press conference video. We do hope to revisit this matter in the future and resume curated highlights shows. This is a public episode.
