In aesthetic practice, it is easy to focus on what is visible and cosmetic: pigmentation, sun damage, redness, texture. Consent in aesthetic medicine: What actually protects you?

In aesthetic practice, consent is rarely the issue; it is the quality of that consent that determines whether you are protected if something goes wrong.
