Take a listen to this short interview with Neil and Debbie, all about where our thoughts come from, how we think, how our brains work and more besides. Take a listen and you'll hear me mention my 'Good Sleep Guide', which you'll find an abridged audio version in my podcast files, as well as plenty more valuable and useful info and tools. (Make sure you have left and right speakers/headphones on for this one... that's just how it recorded...) Don't miss out on the free gifts which you will only find on my website http://johnalexanderball.com and happy listening, and if you enjoy it, please share it :)

itunes pic [https://assets.podomatic.net/ts/6e/30/79/johnaball/3000x3000_7161422.jpg] Who doesn't at some time or another have relationship issues? It's a huge and diverse topic and I wanted to spend some time with Neil and Debbie (of the now gone Gaydar Radio) discussing relationships with particular regard to LGBT people, but I think you'll find the information is relevant to anyone in a relationship. It's a good fun interview (as always with N'Debz) and I would invite you to check out the Christmas gift offer on my website (which I have left up there for the time being) and get some of my fabulous free tools for helping you have an awesome life. http://johnalexanderball.com/gaydar-radio-special-gift/ If you're reading and listening to this before 26th Feb 2013, make sure you register for your free gifts and get invited to my live (online) event. As always... Listen, Enjoy and Share :) Till the next one, here's to your great success, Johnny.

itunes pic [https://assets.podomatic.net/ts/6e/30/79/johnaball/3000x3000_7190403.jpg] (Be sure to go and check out my website http://johnalexanderball.com and get all the latest news, podcasts and videos from me.) In part 1 we looked at how we can choose happiness and that it's not something that exists outside of you. Today we're going to explore this a little further and look at some of the ways in which we block ourselves from happiness or choose thoughts and feelings that are not happiness. The feedback from part 1 has been great, and the best bit of that was getting feedback from my nearly 16 year old niece that she loved it and found it useful. Even though the kids are not being taught this stuff at school, they're still finding it out and learning it. Make a difference with someone you know today by sending them a link to one of my free podcasts. They might just listen to it and thank you for it later. Have a great day, because you choose to. Listen, enjoy, share, Johnny.

itunes pic [https://assets.podomatic.net/ts/6e/30/79/johnaball/3000x3000_7218954.jpg] Find out more at http://johnalexanderball.com Having appeared on Gaydar Radio recently, with more to come, I wanted to create a series of free podcast resources on some specific issues relevant to the LGBT community. If you have ever listened to Neil and Debbie's breakfast show on Gaydar Radio, you may know that they regularly have a coming out story feature in their show. This is a rite of passage that is particular to LGBT people, much more so in the western world where homosexuality has been decriminalised and the road equality is already far along. For most LGBT people growing up, there are still strong pressures to conform to so called 'norms' of sexuality. 'Gay' is still an insult word in most schools and even in many work places. Most anyone who has ever 'come out of the closet' will have a story to tell you of how they were afraid of the reactions of the people they care most about and what may be further consequences in a society where being LGBT is still not considered fully normal and equal. So, if you are considering coming out, or you know someone who you think might be, it is my intention that the information in this podcast will help you get clear in your mind that you can overcome your fears and live an honest and authentic life as the person you truly are. If there are some specific issues you would like me to cover in these podcasts, I would love to hear your ideas. I would also love to hear your feedback if this information helps you or someone close to you. Many thanks, Johnny.

itunes pic [https://assets.podomatic.net/ts/6e/30/79/johnaball/3000x3000_7190403.jpg] Hey, I have a big announcement! My new website is up and running and ready for you to come and visit. The site to come to is http://johnalexanderball.com I look forward to you joining me there with all the great new content that is coming up, as well as an opportunity for you to speak with me on webinars and as a coach with the great special offers coming up. Whenever I chat to anyone about personal development we always seem to get into the subject of why the basic tools of self empowerment are not taught at school. I can easily imagine my own life would have been a lot easier and more successful had anyone taught me some of the basic truths and principles of life that I had to wait until adulthood to discover for myself. Well, things are changing and people are out there getting the tools of personal development into schools, but for those of you not fortunate enough to be in such an environment, I am bringing you some of the tools of life transformation right here, completely free, because it's about time everyone had access to them. The one thing everyone always tells me they wish they were taught at school is how to be happy. Some people never get to find out how. Here's a started lesson for you... Listen, enjoy, share. Johnny.
