🫶🏼 Life And Bullshyt 🫶🏼
In this episode, I explore how mindfulness and self-awareness can help us slow down, respond instead of react, and create real change in our lives.

Dear Inner Critic
In this episode, I’m talking about something most of us know all too well: the inner critic. You know that voice. The one that tells you you’re not doing enough, not good enough, or that somehow everyone else has life figured out except you. After a recent meditation, I started paying closer attention to my own inner critic and realized something surprising. Maybe the goal isn’t to silence that voice completely. Maybe the goal is to understand it, challenge it, and learn to respond with a little more compassion. Join me as I explore self-awareness, automatic negative thoughts, mindfulness, nervous system healing, and the ongoing practice of turning self-criticism into self-kindness. No magic buttons. No perfect solutions. Just one imperfect human figuring it out in real time. If you’ve ever been your own worst critic, this episode is for you.
A Spiritual Rabbit Hole
Lately I’ve found myself going down a spiritual rabbit hole, asking questions I never thought I’d be asking. If souls exist, if reincarnation is real, if everything is connected the way so many spiritual traditions suggest… then who is running the show? In this episode, I explore some of the biggest questions I’ve been wrestling with lately: consciousness, free will, God, reincarnation, mindfulness, and the strange feeling that there may be something much bigger happening behind the scenes of our everyday lives. This isn’t about convincing anyone what to believe. It’s not about religion versus spirituality. It’s simply an open-minded conversation about curiosity, wonder, and the questions that keep me staring at the ceiling at 2 a.m. As always, I’m not an expert—just a work in progress, figuring it out one question at a time. If you’ve ever wondered why we’re here, where our thoughts come from, or whether we’re all connected in ways we don’t fully understand, this episode is for you.
The Nervous System Changed Everything
I’m not a therapist, doctor, or expert. I’m just a mom who got tired of feeling stuck. In this episode, I share what I’ve learned over the last six months about the nervous system, neural pathways, mindfulness, acceptance, and why healing is a lot messier than I expected. Some days I feel like I’m making incredible progress. Other days I feel completely lost. But maybe that’s part of the process. This is an honest conversation about what happens when you stop fighting yourself and start paying attention.
How Do You Grieve a Chapter That’s Ending?
My kids are six and nine, and lately I’ve been feeling something I didn’t expect. Not because anything is wrong, but because I can see how quickly childhood is moving. One minute you’re exhausted from diapers, bedtime battles, and endless messes. The next minute you’re looking at your kids wondering where the time went. In this episode, I’m talking about the strange mix of emotions that comes with watching your children grow up—being grateful, overwhelmed, relieved, nostalgic, and a little heartbroken all at the same time. If you’ve ever wanted a break while also wishing time would slow down, this episode is for you.
What Money Can’t Buy
Money can make life easier, but it can also complicate relationships in ways we rarely talk about. In this episode, I reflect on how money, inheritances, possessions, and family dynamics can sometimes bring out the best in people—and sometimes the worst. Why do families fight over things? Why do relationships change when money enters the picture? And what happens when we forget what really matters? This isn’t an episode about finances. It’s an episode about people, priorities, and the things money can never buy. As always, I’m still figuring it out.
