Episode 34: What Your Association is For

There are few things more alone-feeling in massage than that moment where your client says or does something that makes you uncomfortable. This week, Cathy and Cal talk with Tricia Weidenbacher of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba about support therapists through sexual harassment and other difficult moments. What does it look like for an association to guide and support therapists through challenges in their career? How does an association add to the lives of its members? And did Healwell just agree to create a new course based on this conversation? *********************************** Unleash your generosity! Support Healwell on Giving Tuesday, December 1. Go to: healwell.org/GT2020 *********************************** About Our Guest: Tricia Weidenbacher is a Registered Massage Therapist and entrepreneur who has run a successful health care practice for over 20 years.
