You will attract better employees, better customers, better suppliers, better bankers and better associates. But, you will always get the people you deserve, based on your current level of personal and professional development. The more you learn and grow, the more experiences you have that you benefit from, and the wiser you become as a businessperson, the faster and more consistently your business will grow as well.
