Michael Cazayoux is a former CrossFit Games champion, founder of the Brute Strength Podcast (now the Michael Caz Podcast [https://podcasts.apple.com/au/podcast/the-michael-caz-podcast/id986759513]), and co-founder of the nutrition coaching company Working Against Gravity.
