Russian warship among targets hit in a large-scale attack on St Petersburg

Hezbollah: 'we reject these talks'

Diplomats from Israel and Lebanon have been meeting in Washington for a fourth round of talks as Israeli forces continued to carry out strikes in southern Lebanon. Lebanon says Hezbollah agrees to a truce
