Episode 7: Dallas Cowboys Reporter Kyle Youmans

Kyle Youmans with DallasCowboys.com joins Mike and Russell for a special Dallas Cowboys Training Camp Edition. With COVID limiting access to only essential personnel and media, Kyle shares what he’s seeing with his unique access inside The Star! You can’t talk 2020 Cowboys without getting into how different things are with new Head Coach Mike McCarthy. It’s a new era with fresh leadership that has the team responding well.Fans will be happy to hear that the days of the easy to read defensive schemes will be a thing of past.  Hopefully, average QBs wont’ be able to pick them apart as they have in the past. Combine that with a deep and talented D-line, and they could be a true force this year.Should they bring in Earl Thomas? That’s a question of great debate! The offense is stacked with playmakers galore. With Dak at the helm, Zeke in camp, and a trio of receivers that could each be considered #1s, the skill positions are strong. The guys talk about concerns they have with the O-line.   Kellen Moore dabbled with creativity last year, and we could see that expanded this year as he draws up ways to spread the ball around, including the possibility of Zeke and Pollard working in two back sets.Did they find their next Tony Romo?Off The Plate Podcast, Dallas Cowboys, Exekiel Elliot, Bradlee Anae, Francis Bernard, Tyler Biadasz, Dak Prescott, La’el Collins, Trevon Diggs, Ben Dinucci, Neville Gallimore, Michael Gallup, Everson Griffen, Trysten Hill, Jason Garrett, Blake Jarwin, CeeDee Lamb, Joe Looney, Travis Fredrick, Zack Martin, Tony Pollard, Dalton Schultz, Mike Adams, Kyle Youmans, Aldon Smith, Jaylon Smith, Tyron Smith, Leighton Vander Esch, Connor Williams, Xavier Woods, NFL, Football, Jerry Jones, Russell Foreman
