If you claim you hear from God, then people expect you to follow the instructions you heard from God. If you are prophetic, then you must be absolutely obedient. Many people will not listen to you any longer if you claim you are God-driven and yet do not obey what He told you to. It is one thing to have information. It is quiet another thing to interpret it in the right way. Your best guide is the Word of God. And even when you find two different scriptures saying two different things about the same issue, then you have to take your time to pray about it before making any move. It is not enough to receive divine information and intelligence. It is not enough to interpret it rightly. You have to implement what you saw or heard from the Lord. The results you are looking for will only come when you apply and do what the prophetic direction was. If Naaman decided to argue with Jordan, am sure he would been there till now! Every prophetic person must learn how to receive information from God. Sensitivity is of utmost importance here. You must grow in the exactness of information you receive from God. It is good, even though challenging, that any time you say God has spoken to you, people expect perfection…. That should make you weigh your information rightly. But, chalk it. The Holy Spirit is the Source of every revelation. That means the closer you are to Him, the easier it is to hear His voice. The more you know Him, the more you recognize His unique voice.
