Episode 49: When you see failure, God sees potential

Through my own story of stepping into the plumbing industry with zero experience, I reflect on how God often develops our greatest potential through our biggest setbacks. Together, we explore how Scripture consistently reveals a God who sees beyond our shortcomings. From Ephesians 2:10, we're reminded that we are God's workmanship, created with purpose. 2 Corinthians 5:17 declares that our past doesn't define us because we are made new in Christ. 2 Corinthians 12:9 teaches that God's grace is sufficient and His power is displayed most clearly in our weakness. And Philippians 1:6 reassures us that the God who began a good work in us will faithfully bring it to completion. Episode 48: Dream big, then dream BIGGER

In this episode of Rooted Real Talk, I'm sharing some exciting changes happening behind the scenes, including the rebrand from Jamie Mallek to Rooted 413 and what God has been teaching me about vision, purpose, and dreaming bigger. As I've walked through this season, I've realized that while I may have plans and dreams of my own, God's vision is always greater than anything I can imagine. Episode 46: The messy middle
