Music For All: Ten Years Of Make Music Day Chattanooga

For communities that participate, the event is open to people of all ages and skill levels through free, in-person events. Lucky Thirteen! The Chattanooga Film Festival Returns

But for this year’s Chattanooga Film Festival, that number fits right in. The 13th annual film festival will be held in person this Thursday through Sunday at Chattanooga Theatre Centre - and online this Friday through Saturday, June 27th. On Screen This Summer: The Chattanooga Jewish Film Series

The premiere screening for this year’s series is Wednesday at 6 PM at the Jewish Cultural Center at 5461 North Terrace Road. Screenings for the rest of the series continue at the Center on Sundays at 4 PM from June 21st through August 2nd. Virtual screenings of the films are also available. Ann Treadwell is with the Jewish Federation of Greater Chattanooga.

In Dalton, The Spirit Of Juneteenth Gathers A Community

This year’s celebration features a summer concert for the holiday on Friday at 6:30 PM in Burr Park - and on Saturday, the Juneteenth Parade at 10 AM in downtown Dalton and the Juneteenth Gala at 6 PM at the Dalton Convention Center.
