In this episode, James talks over Skype with Jennifer Imazeki. Jennifer is a Professor of Economics at San Diego State University where she conducts research in the economics of K-12 education, including work on school finance reform and adequacy, and teacher labor markets.  The whole conversation lasted over an hour so will be broken up into two parts.
