I found a new passports.gov, and it doesn't belong to the State Department. When I called them to ask about it, you'd be surprised what they said. After last week's dig into vote.gov and the National Design Studio, it felt like the right time to talk about passports, what's being built, and how fast it's all moving to be ready before July 4th. I found a second vote.gov — and it's registered to the White House

A White House office with no Senate confirmation, no financial disclosures, and no entry in any federal procurement database has built a secret copy of vote.gov, the country's voter registration website. It is run by the same people who were sued for accessing federal databases without clearance at DOGE. And it is collecting data on Americans right now, on a federal drug pricing website, with no privacy notices filed and no oversight body with jurisdiction to stop it. I found it by accident.
