Maybe you don’t have the time or energy to nourish your body well. Or maybe you’ve tried several diets, counting calories or points, fasting, low carb... or maybe you were told ”just breastfeed & the weight will fly right off” but you’re still stuck wondering ”Why isn’t this working for me?
