Psalm 3 "The Lord is my shield" (Thursday 7/9/26)

Psalm 3 is David's confident prayer when he fled from his son Absalom, surrounded by enemies and overwhelmed by trouble. Rather than giving in to fear, David declares that the LORD is his shield, his glory, and the One who sustains him through the night. Psalm 79 "Glory to your Name!" (Monday 7/6/26)

Psalm 79 is a heartfelt cry from God's people after the destruction of Jerusalem, pleading for His mercy, justice, and the vindication of His holy name.
