The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals recently revived a religious discrimination lawsuit brought by two former Alaska Airlines flight attendants who were fired in 2021 after posting comments criticizing LGBTQ+ rights on an internal company forum. Wolfman Jack died on July 1, 1995, at the age of 57. He suffered a fatal heart attack at his home in Belvidere, North Carolina, shortly after returning from a 20-day promotional tour for his memoir and just after completing his weekly radio broadcast. The Media Research Center continues to battle ABC and is recommending that the FCC not renew the broadcast license for the network because the network is a "partisan cable network"
