Descripción

In this episode, I share more of what it took for us to become mothers. From navigating a PCOS diagnosis to trying IUI and eventually moving into IVF — this part of our journey was filled with uncertainty, hope, and moments that asked more from us than we expected. My wife and I walked through it all together… supporting each other, holding each other, and learning what it meant to keep going even when things felt heavy. I also open up about a loss that is still a part of me, and something I carry with me in my motherhood today. This is part one of our story. Thank you for holding space for it 🤍

When Life Interrupted the Dream

Some dreams don’t end because we quit. Sometimes life simply interrupts them. In this episode of Trust Your Motherhood, I share a season that challenged me in ways I didn’t expect. What started as a computer problem became a lesson in patience, perseverance, and holding onto a dream when progress feels delayed. This episode isn’t really about a laptop. It’s about what it represented—my podcast, my creativity, my book, my momentum, and the dream I had worked so hard to bring to life. If you’ve ever felt discouraged because life got in the way of something important to you, this conversation is for you. A delayed dream isn’t a dead dream. #TrustYourMotherhood #MotherhoodPodcast #PersonalGrowth #DreamsDelayedNotDead #NeverGiveUp

RSV, Ambulances & Christmas Eve | Our Family's Story

When our baby got RSV just days before Christmas, everything changed. What started as a visit to the pediatrician quickly became an ambulance ride, a hospital transfer, and one of the most frightening experiences of our motherhood journey. In this episode, I share the story of the days leading up to Christmas Eve as our family faced uncertainty, fear, and the helpless feeling that comes when your child is sick and there is nothing you can do but trust, hope, and stay present. I talk about the emotional toll of being separated as a family, navigating the hospital, and the overwhelming relief of finally bringing our baby home on Christmas Eve. If you’ve ever sat beside a hospital bed, waited for answers, or carried the weight of loving a child through a difficult season, this episode is for you. You are not alone. With love, Yuri Trust Your Motherhood

Two Pounds, Twelve Ounces

In this deeply emotional episode, I share the story of my wife’s high-risk pregnancy, the unexpected day our daughter came early, and what it was like becoming NICU parents overnight. From emergency appointments and steroid shots… to hearing our tiny but powerful baby cry for the very first time at only two pounds, twelve ounces — this journey stretched us in ways I never expected. I open up about trying to stay strong while quietly falling apart inside, leaving the hospital without our baby, spending every day in the NICU, and the incredible ways love carried our family through it all. This episode is about fear, resilience, motherhood, partnership, and the strength that can grow inside a family during the hardest moments. And somehow… we all grew stronger together 💗
