Descripción

In this episode, I share what came after loss… the waiting, the healing, and the decision to try again. From our second IVF transfer to the moment, we found out we were pregnant, this part of the journey was filled with both hope and fear. I open up about navigating a high-risk pregnancy, the physical and emotional challenges that came with it, and what it felt like to carry a baby while still holding everything we had already been through. Through it all, my wife and I continued to show up for each other — choosing strength, love, and intention every step of the way. And in the middle of it all, I was reminded how important community is… being surrounded by women who helped carry me in the moments I needed it most. And after everything… the day finally came when I would meet her. Thank you for holding space for this part of our story 🤍

The Invisible Load of Motherhood | Inside a Mom's Mind

Before I became a mom, I thought being busy meant having a full schedule. Motherhood taught me that sometimes the busiest place isn’t on our calendar… it’s in our minds. The planning. The remembering. The worrying. The invisible work that quietly happens behind every meal, every outing, every bedtime, and every hug. In this episode, I’m reflecting on the mental load so many parents carry every single day—and why maybe the goal isn’t closing every tab after all. If you’ve ever felt like your mind never truly rests, I hope this conversation reminds you that you are not alone. Thank you for holding space with me today.  If this episode resonated with you, I’d be honored if you shared it with another parent who might need these words today. Sending you so much love. #TrustYourMotherhood#Motherhood#MentalLoad#GentleParenting#MindfulMotherhood

I Thought I Knew My Dream… Until I Became a Mommy

Before I became a mother, I spent years searching for the life I thought I was meant to build. I chased creativity through different careers, convinced that if I found the right path, everything would finally make sense. Then I became a mom. Motherhood didn’t erase my dreams—it transformed them. In this episode, I share the journey that led me here, from the woman I was before my daughters to the mother I’m still becoming. We talk about healing, breaking generational cycles, choosing presence over perfection, and discovering that sometimes the life we were searching for was waiting for us all along. If you’ve ever wondered whether motherhood changed who you are—or helped you become who you were always meant to be—I hope this conversation reminds you that your story is still unfolding. Thank you for holding space with me. Until next time… trust your motherhood.

When Life Interrupted the Dream

Some dreams don’t end because we quit. Sometimes life simply interrupts them. In this episode of Trust Your Motherhood, I share a season that challenged me in ways I didn’t expect. What started as a computer problem became a lesson in patience, perseverance, and holding onto a dream when progress feels delayed. This episode isn’t really about a laptop. It’s about what it represented—my podcast, my creativity, my book, my momentum, and the dream I had worked so hard to bring to life. If you’ve ever felt discouraged because life got in the way of something important to you, this conversation is for you. A delayed dream isn’t a dead dream. #TrustYourMotherhood #MotherhoodPodcast #PersonalGrowth #DreamsDelayedNotDead #NeverGiveUp

RSV, Ambulances & Christmas Eve | Our Family's Story

When our baby got RSV just days before Christmas, everything changed. What started as a visit to the pediatrician quickly became an ambulance ride, a hospital transfer, and one of the most frightening experiences of our motherhood journey. In this episode, I share the story of the days leading up to Christmas Eve as our family faced uncertainty, fear, and the helpless feeling that comes when your child is sick and there is nothing you can do but trust, hope, and stay present. I talk about the emotional toll of being separated as a family, navigating the hospital, and the overwhelming relief of finally bringing our baby home on Christmas Eve. If you’ve ever sat beside a hospital bed, waited for answers, or carried the weight of loving a child through a difficult season, this episode is for you. You are not alone. With love, Yuri Trust Your Motherhood
