Twins Talk Theatre

Marcus Shields grew up with a piano playing mother and sheet music always around.  In High School choir a friend said "this is easy, you should try opera, that's the hard one!"  So of course Marcus got into opera and fell in love with it!  In grad school, he realized he was good, but not THAT good, but he could help teach his fellow students how to stand, and act and create a character.  He believes there is no clear path to directing, but he is the creator of an artistic idea.  Marcus has directed operas for every major company in America.  He is a cofounder of Ossia Production Company.  And a founding member of Catapult Opera. Derick Sheehan met Cindy in Grad School at The College Conservatory of Music at The University of Cincinnati where he received his MFA in Technical Direction. After graduation he found himself in NY, back to Cincinnati, and now in The Valley in LA, CA, where he met Stacy!  Derick currently works for MPA Lighting as well as on the Board of Illuminating Engineering Society - Los Angeles Section. Naomi Kasahara is a Japanese set designer who earned her MFA at Cal State Long Beach. She knew she wanted to be an artist, and fell in love with the collaborative process of theatre. You can see her work on stages around LA, including the Long Beach Playhouse and East West Players.
