Mary takes us behind the scenes as the committee and volunteers prepare the showgrounds, pavilions and competition displays. They discuss the huge variety of show entries, including cooking, needlework, fine arts, leatherwork, woodwork, plants, produce, schoolwork, poultry, horses and cattle. Mary also shares details about the show’s family entertainment, including rides, sideshow alley, bull riding, dog jumping, line dancing, chainsaw carving, a reptile display, animal nursery and working sheepdog demonstration.
