Serie 3, Episode 4: Men's Mental Health, Grief and passion for change

Trigger Warning - Mentions suicide. Today's episode is a powerful one and I'm truly honoured to be joined by PJ Ellis for a deeply meaningful conversation centred around men's mental health, grief and the importance of creating real lasting change. PJ has consistently been at the heart of meaningful change, more recently, he launched a men's mental health initiative called Mummy's Boy, supporting those navigating the grief of losing their mothers, bringing a much needed voice and space to the conservation that is often left unspoken. PJ has many accolades under his belt and has support many organisations to value change and encompass it. However this conversation is about the human behind this work. In this episode we explore PJ's personal journey with men's mental health and grief, what sparked his advocate for change and the barriers that men still face when it comes to opening up.
