Nancy was annoyed that she had to drive behind someone going 30mph in a 40mph zone. She wants to at least go the speed limit, if not faster!  In honor of Father’s Day, we shared some of our favorite “dad” quotes from our dads and from listeners’ dads.   Hot Tea: Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO have both spoken out about their divorce. Jelly said that he and Bunnie are still great friends, and there was no cheating going on. Bunnie explained what happened in their relationship, said Jelly is already dating, and they are still going to have a baby together.   We did a contest called “My Daddy’s So Country...” where people called in to tell stories about their country dads. The winner got four tickets to Dollywood’s Splash Country for Water Safety Day!  Nancy Facetimed Karly while babysitting her grandson last night. Karly gave an impersonation of Nancy talking to her as if she was the baby.   Lucky 7 for $50 to The Diner at Twister’s  We played the telephone game, where we our dads and repeated whatever the other person told us to. It went south QUICKLY.  Less than a week after being accused of cheating someone on Facebook Marketplace, Nancy became the accuser. She accused a woman of scamming her because she kept having to change the meeting time. It’s the anniversary of Nancy’s “hell week” where her older son wrecked his dirt bike, her dog passed away, and her younger son impaled his foot. Joey also realized he'd been counting down to his anniversary with the wrong date and shared plans for a Boston Tea Party-themed anniversary stop during their New England road trip.  It’s time for Patriot Fest! It’s going to be hot, so remember sunscreen and visit the misting fans at the WIVK tent.   East TN Translates: The Declaration of Independence   Hot Tea: Are Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce getting married today and will Tim McGraw be performing there? Should the 250th anniversary of the country be “America 250” or “USA 250?” Joey’ son is most excited for the Fourth of July because he gets to have his own American Dew (Mountain Dew).  East TN Translates: The Star-Spangled Banner.  Hot Tea: According to a wedding guest, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding is NOT at Madison Square Garden. A couple illegally climbed to the top of the Empire State Building, got engaged, and then got arrested. Will Ferrell is Skims’ newest underwear model.  It is SO hot.
