Descripción

Singapore has handed four hectares of rare waterfront land next to Marina Barrage to a wellbeing destination that breaks ground today.  Therme Singapore, opening in 2030, is a billion-dollar concept built not around shopping or spectacle, but around something harder to price: how people rest, connect and recharge. It's being called Asia's first large-scale social wellbeing development, weaving water, nature, culture and health into a single place. Michelle Martin sits down with the two men behind it - former National Development Minister and Therme Group Asia Chairman Mah Bow Tan, and Therme Group founder and CEO Robert Hanea. Together they ask why a city famous for planning decades ahead is now treating wellbeing as infrastructure and whether a billion-dollar development is being designed from ground up to feel like a space that's genuinely open to everyone. Market View: Is Smart Money Leaving the AI Trade or Rotating Into Its Next Chapter?

Temasek's biggest increase in China investments in five years raises a fascinating question: what is long-term capital seeing that others may be missing?  Hosted by Michelle Martin, we unpack the Singapore investment giant's AI-driven strategy as its portfolio surpasses S$400 billion. We also examine how rising oil prices, Fed uncertainty and geopolitical tensions are rattling global markets, while more than two-thirds of technology stocks have slipped into correction territory. Plus, why Levi Strauss is outperforming expectations by reinventing denim for a new generation of consumers. In our Up or Down segment, we look at Broadcom, Apple, SpaceX, Luxshare, and South Korean equities to find out where momentum is building - and where investors are losing confidence.
