In todays episode I talk about the conditioning we as women play out around deep self sacrifice, how destructive it is to our relationship to self and why it needs to end! It's a subject close to my heart as I acknowledge and witness this conditioning and programming within my self. Its also THE most prevalent and common pattern I see in session with my beautiful female clients.
