Shailee Basnet: Journey from Nepal's Mount Everest to New York's Comedy Club (Podcast Episode 106)

If you take a closer look at her career trajectory, it’s hard to believe what she has achieved in a short span of time. She started her career as a journalist in Nepal and then turned to be a mountaineer. In 2008, she scaled the highest peak of the world, Mount Everest, and then led the ‘Seven Summits Women Team’ to scale highest peak in each continent. And now, she is pursuing a stand-up comedy career in the U.S. She created a history when she debuted at reputed Gotham’s Comedy Club in New York City in 2017.
