-It's been a hectic couple of weeks with the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.  I just have a couple thoughts about her and wanted to share condolences.   -I read an article about the COO of Beyond Meat allegedly laying the SmackDown on a motorist in a parking lot brawl...just wanted to share some thoughts -For the main topic I wanted to highlight a methodology for setting goals to achieve results with regards to our health.
