In this episode, I talk about STEM careers.  I talk my personal experience in STEM.  I also talk about how I define STEM, why it's a solid career to pursue, why black, brown people and other underrepresented ethnicities do not pursue a career in STEM.  I also touch on successful people in STEM and how a person can gain further exposure in this awesome career field.  I hope you enjoy!

-It's been a hectic couple of weeks with the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.  I just have a couple thoughts about her and wanted to share condolences.   -I read an article about the COO of Beyond Meat allegedly laying the SmackDown on a motorist in a parking lot brawl...just wanted to share some thoughts -For the main topic I wanted to highlight a methodology for setting goals to achieve results with regards to our health.
