Elle’s professional life has been filled with 16 years of full-time pastoral ministry, authoring a book about keeping secrets, and earning a master’s degree in leadership. Nicole Richards is a registered nurse who works as a flight nurse transporting patients in helicopters and airplanes in emergency situations. She is based in Southern California and has been working in critical care for 14 years, and as a flight nurse for half of those. Ali and Paige talk with Nicole about the sometimes wild and messy parts of her work, thank her for her service, and get a glimpse into the incredible value she gives to her patients and community.
