Learn about me and why I'm starting this podcast. My name's Lauren and I've always considered myself a spiritual seeker on a quest for enlightenment. On that journey, I've come across lots of conflicts in being in the world but not being of the world. I seek to comment on those conflicts and hopefully together we can work through them. I am a student of non-dualism and hope to explore that along this journey. Join me as I see how all of this unfolds.
